Who is The Sunshine Healer?

Hi, there! I'm Camryn. I'm an Orlando based 200-hour certified yoga teacher that loves dessert and Disney. My dream is to one day teach yoga in Magic Kingdom in front of Cinderella's Castle!

I fell in love with yoga at a young age. It's so beautiful and healing to explore the mind-body connection and now that I have the privilege of being an instructor, I encourage others to express themselves on the mat.

By the end of my first year in college, I became a certified yoga instructor and certified group fitness instructor. As my love of fitness continued growing, I achieved my POUND Pro and Barre certifications.

Teaching fitness classes has been one of the most rewarding experiences I've had. I love empowering others to trust their bodies and build strength. There's nothing like watching the peaceful expression on everyone's face after they wake from Savasana.
